This 3 month program guides you through a 3 step process to get to the heart of what's holding you back, so you can reset your habits and refresh your life. Stage 1 will take stock of your life and brighten it up. Stage 2, you'll start clearing out the clutter by identifying energy zappers and toxic relationships. Lastly, Stage 3 will help set you up for success with new daily habits for your life!
