As a result of working through this program you will have:

What to expect:

It's a 6 week personal or small group program that meets once a week for 60 minutes via Zoom conference.  You will work together with your coach(and group if applicable) collaborating and brainstorming in class as well as doing work on your own between weekly sessions.
